This calculator specifically provides calculations for steel structures, reinforced concrete structures, and concrete mix design.
This calculator uses AISC (for steel structures) and ACI (for reinforced concrete structures and concrete mix design). Also, this calculator uses LRFD (Load and Resistance Factor Design) method for steel structures and SDM (Strength Design Method) for reinforced concrete structures.
This calculator checks ACI and AISC limits before displaying the output. If the limits are satisfied, the output is displayed as a number and if the limits are not satisfied, the output is displayed as an error message showing the unsatisfied limit. With this method, the user is sure of the output and becomes more familiar with the limits of AISC and ACI.
The high speed of calculations of this calculator means that you don't spend a lot of time on calculations that can be quickly reached. In particular, some calculations require an awful lot of time to reach the result, and it is unclear whether it will lead to the correct answer.
